For orders purchased online

Not quite right? If you're looking to make a return, breathe easy.


We offer returns online within 30 days from the delivery date, provided that refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you would like to return in store, refunds will be made in the form of a gift card or an exchange for another products only.

The merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and/or unused with the hangtag and/or label attached.

  2. Underwear & socks; (excluding bras)
  3. Headwear
  4. Face masks
  5. Books
  6. Water bottles
  7. Swimwear that does not have the hygienic liner intact.


For orders purchased in store

This return policy applies to lululemon products

purchased from lululemon stores located in

Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and

Malaysia (“Locations”), except for those

purchased online at www.lululemon.com.hk.


For products purchased from lululemon stores in

Mainland China, Japan, Korea, Australia/New Zealand and at their

respective online stores, please check out the local websites at www.lululemon.cn

www.lululemon.com.jp, www.lululemon.co.kr

www.lululemon.com.au, or www.lululemon.co.nz

We are happy to accept returns and provide a full refund or exchange if all of the following conditions are met.

The merchandise must be:

  1. Purchased at lululemon stores in the Locations set forth above, along with the original receipt,
  2. Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, and
  3. Unwashed, unworn, and/or unused with the hangtag and/or label attached.


  1. Swimwear and bodysuits can be returned as long as, in addition to the three conditions above, the hygienic liner is intact.
  2. Underwear, water bottles, headwear, socks, face masks, books and all markdown items including those sold at lululemon outlet stores and "We Made Too Much" products are final sale. They are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If you return the merchandise to the same lululemon store at which you purchased it, we are happy to offer you one of the following options:

  1. An exchange at equal value;
  2. A refund to your original payment method (e.g. if you have used a credit card for the payment, we will refund through your credit card). Debit card or Union Pay will refund to Gift Card; or
  3. A refund with a lululemon Gift Card at equal value of the merchandise you purchased.

If you return the merchandise to another lululemon store within the same country/region, we are happy to offer you one of the following options:

  1. An exchange at equal value;
  2. A refund to your original payment method, (e.g. if you have used a credit card for the payment, we will refund through your credit card). Except for purchases made from any lululemon airport store. Debit card will refund to Gift Card; or
  3. A refund with a lululemon Gift Card at equal value of the merchandise you purchased.

If you return the merchandise to a lululemon store in a different country/region from where you purchased the merchandise, we are happy to offer you one of the following options:

  1. An exchange at equal value; or
  2. A refund with a lululemon Gift Card at equal value of the merchandise you purchased.

lululemon outlet stores do not accept any return, refund or exchange for merchandise purchased from anywhere.


If you return the merchandise to an online/offline store operated by a third party (i.e. lululemon store in a department store or in airports), we are happy to offer you an exchange at equal value. However, we cannot offer any refund.





All exchange referred above shall be subject to merchandise availability at the applicable lululemon store.
