A: To switch to SGD, you can select the Singapore shipping location by clicking the drop-down menu located at the top-right corner of the website on desktop or at the bottom of the mobile menu if you are browsing on mobile.
Q: Which currency can I shop in if I’m shipping to Singapore?
A: You can only shop in SGD if you are shipping to Singapore.
Q: What are my payment options when I shop with SGD?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We also accept pre-paid credit cards as long as they have a billing address attached to them. Please note that gift cards and Apply Pay are not available.
Q: Can I return a product if I bought it in HKD before SGD was available on the website?
A: Yes, you can return items purchased in HKD 30 days after your order delivery date if it is valid for return under our ‘Return Policy’. Please contact our GEC to initiate the return process.
