Feel & Let Go: Restorative Yoga

Learn to feel and let go – inviting you into the space of bringing awareness to your body and emotions through a restorative yoga practice led by our ambassador Melody Ngai with slow mindful movements and gentle stretches that help rejuvenate and relieve tense muscles.

Take a break from the fast pace of the city and relax while listening to the sounds of nature. Led by nature and forest therapy guide Amanda Yik and sound enthusiast and mindfulness instructor Aymeric Vollant, this session has only one goal: to fully rest and recharge your body and bring your mind to a traveling listening experience.

Vulnerability is usually associated with feelings of fear, uncertainty, or shame. We tend to believe that showing vulnerability is a weakness. But in fact, vulnerability can be a strength.
