We offer returns online within 30 days from the delivery date, provided that refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
If you would like to return in store, refunds will be made in the form of a gift card or an exchange for another products only.
The merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and/or unused with the hangtag and/or label attached.
This Return Policy is only applicable to online purchases from lululemon.com.hk. If you want to return a store purchase, please refer to the Store Return Policy.

When will I get my refund after I have returned my order?
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it will take about 7 business days to process. After your return has been processed, your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please keep in mind that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
How many days do I have to return my order?
Returns are free and easy within 30 days of receiving your order if they qualify as per our returns policy.
Where can I find my return number?
Your RMA number (e.g. nhk07142020101) is included on your return receipt once you generate your return. Be sure to include this receipt inside your return for ease of processing.
I've lost my shipping label/return receipt. What do I do?
You can get a copy of your return label at any time through our returns portal by accessing your return information here or find it attached to your return confirmation email.
I logged into the returns portal but can't select my items to return them, what's going on?
If you can't select your items to return, it is because your items fall under any of the exceptions in our Return Policy. If this is not the case, or you would like to process a quality return outside this period, please head into store or contact our GEC to process your return.
Can I make a return to any stores?
Online purchases may be returned to any lululemon store (excluding department stores, airport stores and outlets – Hong Kong International Airport Store, Johor Outlet Store) with the return receipt. You can find your nearest store here.
Can I return an online or store purchase in another country/region?
Cross-border goods can be exchanged (in-store only) or the credit can be put onto a gift card (in-store, by mail, or by email). However, credit on a gift card is not available for return in China.
Please keep in mind that the items you bring back will be valued in the currency of the country/region processing the return.
Can I exchange my product(s)?
We cannot provide an exchange online, but you can exchange the product at your nearest store. Find out where yours in here. However, product availability varies by location.
Do you offer gift receipts?
We do not currently offer gift receipts for online purchases.
Can I return a gift purchase?
Please contact our Guest Education Centre (GEC) here or visit a lululemon store (find your nearest location here to arrange for an exchange of a gifted item.
