We offer returns online within 30 days from the delivery date, provided that refunds will be credited to your original payment method.


The merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and/or unused with the hangtag and/or label attached.

We offer returns online and provide a full refund within 30 days from the delivery date which eShopWorld (“ESW” - our international sales partners) delivers the lululemon product to you, provided that your lululemon product:

(a) is purchased via ESW, AND

(b) is in its original conditions (unwashed, unworn, unused, and undamaged) with all original hangtag, labels, and hygienic liner intact (if applicable).


Unless there is a product quality issue, all water bottles, underwear, headwear, footwear, socks, face masks, markdown items and "We Made Too Much" products are final sale, which are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Our Store Return Policy covers all lululemon products purchased from lululemon stores in Malaysia. If your lululemon product is purchased from lululemon stores outside of Malaysia, please refer to the local return policy.


For products purchased from lululemon stores in China Mainland, Japan, Korea, Australia or New Zealand and at their respective online stores, please check out the local websites at

Store Return Policy – Malaysia


Thank you for choosing our lululemon products. If you wish to make a return, it is a simple process!


We are happy to accept returns and provide a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date, provided that your lululemon product:

(a) is purchased from any one of our lululemon stores in Malaysia, AND

(b) is in its original conditions (unwashed, unworn, unused, and undamaged) with all original hangtag, labels, and hygienic liner intact (if applicable), subject to the followings:


Returns must be made to any lululemon stores (except lululemon outlet or airport store (if applicable)) in Malaysia along with the original receipt or a valid gift receipt. We do not accept any returns of lululemon products you purchased from oversea or from any oversea official lululemon website. 


Exchange:


a) You may elect to return and exchange your lululemon product for another product of equal or higher value, subject to the product availability at the lululemon store. If there is any price difference, you may need to pay for the difference. 


Refund:


a) You may elect to return and refund your lululemon product to us, and we will refund to you to your original payment method (except if it is paid with debit or cash, we will refund it to you in the form of a lululemon gift card).

b) If you originally paid with a credit card, please bring the same credit card along with you to enable us to process the refund. 

c) If the original payment was made with a combination of payment methods (i.e. credit card and cash), we will first refund anything you paid in debit card or cash with a lululemon gift card, and followed by refund the remainder to your payment card. 

d) Please note:- refund is not available if your original purchase was paid with or in combination with third party’s coupons or vouchers (i.e. mall coupons).

They are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 


Our Store Return Policy covers all lululemon products purchased from lululemon stores in Malaysia. If your lululemon product is purchased through our BBR (also known as BackBackRoom) service at the local lululemon stores in Malaysia, please refer to our Online Return Policy – Malaysia, and follow the same online return process If your lululemon product is purchased from another lululemon stores outside of Malaysia, please refer to the local return policy.


All terms and conditions stated above do not affect your rights and remedies as a consumer under applicable law.

Kami berbesar hati untuk menerima pemulangan dan memberikan bayaran balik penuh atau pertukaran dalam tempoh 30 hari dari tarikh pembelian anda, dengan syarat produk lululemon anda: (a) dibeli dari mana-mana kedai lululemon kami di Malaysia, DAN (b) berada dalam keadaan asal (tidak dicuci, tidak dipakai, tidak digunakan, dan tidak rosak) dengan semua tag gantung, label, dan pelapik kebersihan asal utuh (jika berkenaan), tertakluk kepada perkara berikut:

 

Pemulangan mesti dibuat di mana-mana kedai lululemon (kecuali outlet lululemon atau kedai lapangan terbang (jika berkenaan)) di Malaysia bersama dengan resit asal atau resit hadiah yang sah. Kami tidak menerima pemulangan produk lululemon yang anda beli dari luar negara atau dari mana-mana laman web lululemon rasmi luar negara.

 

Pertukaran:

 

a)     Anda boleh memilih untuk memulangkan dan menukar produk lululemon anda dengan produk lain yang nilainya sama atau lebih tinggi, tertakluk kepada ketersediaan produk di kedai lululemon tersebut. Jika terdapat sebarang perbezaan harga, anda mungkin perlu membayar untuk perbezaan tersebut.

 

Bayaran Balik:

 

a)     Anda boleh memilih untuk memulangkan produk lululemon anda kepada kami dan meminta bayaran balik, dan kami akan membayar balik kepada anda melalui kaedah pembayaran asal anda.

b)    Jika anda pada asalnya membayar dengan kad kredit, sila bawa kad kredit yang sama bersama anda untuk membolehkan kami memproses bayaran balik.

c)     Jika bayaran asal dibuat secara kad debit atau tunai, kami akan membayar balik kepada anda dalam bentuk kad hadiah lululemon.

d)    Jika bayaran asal dibuat dengan gabungan kaedah pembayaran (iaitu kad kredit dan tunai), kami akan membayar balik apa-apa yang anda bayar secara kad debit atau tunai dengan kad hadiah lululemon, dan diikuti dengan pembayaran balik baki kepada kad pembayaran anda.

e)    Sila ambil perhatian:- bayaran balik tidak tersedia jika pembelian asal anda telah dibayar dengan atau digabungkan dengan kupon atau baucar pihak ketiga (iaitu kupon pusat beli-belah).

 

Melainkan terdapat isu dengan kualiti produk, semua botol air, seluar dalam (kecuali coli), pakaian kepala, kasut, sarung kaki, topeng muka, produk yang turun harga (termasuk produk yang dibeli di kedai outlet kami) dan produk "We Made Too Much" adalah jualan akhir. Ia tidak boleh dipulangkan, tidak boleh dibayar balik dan tidak boleh ditukar.

 

Dasar Pemulangan Kedai kami merangkumi semua produk lululemon yang dibeli dari kedai lululemon di Malaysia. Jika produk lululemon anda dibeli melalui perkhidmatan BBR (juga dikenali sebagai BackBackRoom) kami di kedai lululemon tempatan di Malaysia, sila rujuk Dasar Pemulangan Dalam Talian – Malaysia kami dan ikuti proses pemulangan dalam talian yang sama. Jika produk lululemon anda dibeli dari kedai lululemon lain di luar Malaysia, sila rujuk kepada dasar pemulangan tempatan.

 

Semua terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan di atas tidak menjejaskan hak dan remedi anda sebagai pengguna di bawah undang-undang yang terpakai.
