Thank you for choosing our lululemon products. If you wish to make a return, it is a simple process!
ขอขอบคุณที่ท่านเลือกสินค้าของ lululemon หากท่านต้องการคืนสินค้าสามารถทำได้ผ่านขั้นตอนง่าย ๆ !

We are happy to accept returns and provide a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date, provided that your lululemon product: (a) is purchased from any one of our lululemon stores in Thailand, AND (b) is in its original conditions (unwashed, unworn, unused, and undamaged) with all original hangtag, labels, and hygienic liner intact (if applicable), subject to the followings:
เรายินดีรับสินค้าคืนและคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน หรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าภายใน 30 วัน นับแต่วันที่ท่านซื้อสินค้า โดยสินค้า lululemon ของท่านจะต้อง (ก) เป็นสินค้า lululemon ที่ซื้อจากร้านค้า lululemon ในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น และ (ข) เป็นสินค้าที่ยังอยู่ในสภาพเดิม โดยยังไม่ผ่านการซักทำความสะอาด สวมใส่ ใช้งาน และไม่เสียหาย รวมถึงยังมีป้ายข้อมูลสินค้า ฉลากหรือคำแนะนำการใช้สินค้า และแผ่นซับใน (หากมี) ภายใต้เงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้

Returns must be made to any lululemon stores (except lululemon outlet or airport store (if applicable)) in Thailand along with the original receipt or a valid gift receipt. We do not accept any returns of lululemon products you purchased from oversea or from any oversea official lululemon website. 
การคืนสินค้าจะต้องคืนที่ร้านค้า lululemon (ยกเว้น ร้านค้าเอาท์เล็ทของ lululemon หรือร้านค้าในสนามบิน (หากมี)) ในประเทศไทย พร้อมกับใบเสร็จรับเงินตัวจริงหรือใบเสร็จที่ไม่มีราคา (gift receipt) ทั้งนี้ เราไม่รับคืนสินค้า lululemon ที่ท่านซื้อจากร้านค้าในต่างประเทศหรือร้านค้าออนไลน์อย่างเป็นทางการของ lululemon ในต่างประเทศ

Exchange:

a)    You may elect to return and exchange your lululemon product for another product of equal or higher value, subject to the product availability at the lululemon store. If there is any price difference, you may need to pay for the difference.

(ก)    ท่านสามารถเลือกที่จะคืน และเปลี่ยนสินค้า lululemon ของท่านกับสินค้าชิ้นอื่นที่มีมูลค่าเท่ากันหรือสูงกว่าได้ ทั้งนี้ ขึ้นอยู่กับการมีอยู่หรือความพร้อมของสินค้า ณ ร้านค้า lululemon ในกรณีที่สินค้าที่ท่านต้องการเปลี่ยนมีราคาสูงกว่าสินค้าที่ท่านนำมาคืน ท่านจะต้องชำระเงินค่าส่วนต่างของราคาที่เพิ่มขึ้น

Refund:

a)    You may elect to return and refund your lululemon product to us, and we will refund to you to your original payment method(except if it is paid with debit or cash, we will refund it to you in the form of a lululemon gift card).
b)    If you originally paid with a credit card, please bring the same credit card along with you to enable us to process the refund. 
c)    If the original payment was made with a combination of payment methods (i.e. credit card and cash), we will first refund anything you paid in debit card or cash with a lululemon gift card, and followed by refund the remainder to your payment card. 
d)    Please note:- refund is not available if your original purchase was paid with or in combination with third party’s coupons or vouchers (i.e. mall coupons).

(ข)    ในกรณีที่ท่านชำระค่าสินค้าด้วยบัตรเครดิต โปรดนำบัตรเครดิตที่ท่านใช้ชำระค่าสินค้ามากับท่านด้วย เพื่อที่เราจะสามารถดำเนินการคืนเงินให้กับท่านผ่านทางบัตรเครดิตของท่าน
(ค)    ในกรณีที่ท่านชำระเงินด้วยวิธีการหลายรูปแบบ (กล่าวคือ ชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิตและเงินสด) เราจะคืนเงินที่ท่านชำระด้วยบัตรเดบิตหรือเงินสดเป็นบัตรของขวัญ lululemon และเราจะทำการคืนเงินส่วนที่เหลือไปยังบัตรเครดิตที่ท่านใช้ชำระ
(ง)    โปรดทราบว่าเราไม่สามารถคืนเงินให้ท่านได้ ในกรณีที่การซื้อสินค้านั้นได้ชำระด้วยหรือรวมกับ คูปองสินค้าหรือบัตรกำนัลของบุคคลภายนอก (เช่น คูปองห้างสรรพสินค้า)

Unless there is a product quality issue, all water bottles, underwear (except bras), headwear, footwear, socks, face masks, markdown items (including those purchased at our outlet stores), and "We Made Too Much" products are final sale. They are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Our Store Return Policy covers all lululemon products purchased from lululemon stores in Thailand. If your lululemon product is purchased from another lululemon stores outside of Thailand, please refer to the local return policy.

This Return Policy (Thailand) is subject to change at lululemon (Thailand) Limited’s sole discretion. The Latest Return Policy (Thailand) is displayed on this page. You should review this Return Policy (Thailand) each time prior you make a purchase.

Price and product availability in lululemon store(s) in Thailand are subject to change without notice. lululemon (Thailand) Limited reserves the right to limit the quantities which it supplies to you for any product and at any time where: (a) lululemon believes your order is being made for the purpose of commercial resale; or (b) lululemon does so to increase availability of products to other purchases. lululemon may not accept your order if:
(a) your order is made with false information or is otherwise fraudulent; or
(b) Your order exceed the Quantity Limit* we set in place at the time of your order; or
(c) Your order is reasonably believed to be made for the purpose of commercial resale.

*“Quantity Limit”  means no more than 3 items in the same Product Style (regardless of sizes and colors), and no more than 15 items in total in a single transaction for each Guest. Product Style is differentiated by the naming of our products, e.g. ABC Classic-Fit 5 Pocket Pant 30”L warpstreme is different product style to ABC Classic-Fit 5 Pocket Pant 32”L Warpstreme. 

If lululemon believes you are involved in making purchase for commercial resale, lululemon reserves the right to take any action against you, including, without limitation, to restrict your assess to or use of our Site, restrict sales to you, cancel your orders, and/or suspend or close your lululemon account.

Thailand Gift Cards Terms and Conditions
ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บัตรของขวัญสำหรับประเทศไทย

Our Gift Card Terms and Conditions (the “Gift Card Terms”) herein shall apply to all lululemon Gift Cards issued by lululemon (Thailand) Limited (“lululemon”) with registered address at 989 Siam Piwat Tower Thinktank 19 Office, Floor 12 A, Unit B1, B2, Rama 1 Road, Pathum Wan Subdistrict, Pathum Wan , Bangkok, including promotional Gift Cards (each a “Gift Card” or collectively, “Gift Cards”) purchased, used, loaded, obtained, or otherwise redeemed (collectively, “Use”, “Used”, “Using” and similar terms) by you.
ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บัตรของขวัญของเรา ("ข้อกำหนดการใช้บัตรของขวัญ") ฉบับนี้จะมีผลกับบัตรของขวัญของลูลูเลมอนทั้งหมดที่ออกโดย บริษัท ลูลูเลมอน (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ("ลูลูเลมอน") ซึ่งมีที่อยู่จดทะเบียนตั้งอยู่ เลขที่ 989 อาคารสยามพิวรรธน์ทาวเวอร์ สำนักงานธิงค์แทงค์ 19 ชั้นที่ 12 เอ ยูนิต บี 1 บี 2 ถนนพระราม 1 แขวงปทุมวัน เขตปทุมวัน กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยหมายรวมถึงบัตรของขวัญส่งเสริมการขาย (เรียกแยกกันว่า "บัตรของขวัญ" หรือ เรียกรวมกันว่า "บัตรของขวัญทั้งหมด") ที่ท่านได้ซื้อ ใช้ เติมเงิน ได้รับ หรือแลกใช้ในประการอื่น (เรียกรวมกันว่า "ใช้" "ได้ใช้" "การใช้" และคำอื่นที่คล้ายกัน)

By Using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Gift Card Terms. To the extent there are conflicts between these Gift Card Terms and other lululemon terms and policies, these Gift Card Terms will control with respect to the Use of Gift Cards. You agree and acknowledge that lululemon may process your personal information in connection with your Use of Gift Cards in accordance with our Thailand Privacy Policy at https://www.lululemon.com.hk/en-hk/content/thailand-policies.html. In these Gift Card Terms, use of “you” and “your” means you as the cardholder who Uses a Gift Card.  “Stores” means lululemon-owned retail stores within Thailand.

ในการใช้บัตรของขวัญ ท่านตกลงที่จะผูกมัดตนเองกับข้อกำหนดการใช้บัตรของขวัญนี้ ในกรณีที่มีการขัดกันระหว่างข้อกำหนดการใช้บัตรของขวัญนี้กับข้อกำหนดและนโยบายอื่น ๆ ของลูลูเลมอน ข้อกำหนดการใช้บัตรของขวัญนี้จะควบคุมในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้บัตรของขวัญทั้งหมด ท่านตกลงและรับทราบว่าลูลูเลมอนอาจประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้บัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดของท่านตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวสำหรับประเทศไทยของเราที่เว็บไซต์ https://www.lululemon.com.hk/en-hk/content/thailand-policies.html ในข้อกำหนดการใช้บัตรของขวัญนี้ "ท่าน" และ "ของท่าน" หมายถึงท่านในฐานะผู้ถือบัตรและเป็นผู้ใช้บัตรของขวัญ "ร้านค้า" หมายถึง ร้านค้าปลีกที่ลูลูเลมอนเป็นเจ้าของภายในประเทศไทย

1. Purchasing

Gift Cards are available for purchase in Stores only, and are offered in the denominations between THB 500 to THB 30,000.
Gift Cards have no value until activated. lululemon reserves the right to suspend or delay activation until payment has been cleared.

1. การซื้อบัตรของขวัญ

บัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดจะมีให้ซื้อได้ที่ร้านค้าเท่านั้น และจะมีมูลค่าเสนอขายอยู่ที่ 500 บาท ถึง 30,000 บาท
บัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดจะถือว่าไม่มีมูลค่าจนกว่าจะมีการเปิดใช้งาน ลูลูเลมอนขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือชะลอการเปิดใช้งานบัตรจนกว่าการชำระเงินจะเสร็จสิ้น
It is your responsibility to obtain a receipt for Gift Card purchases and to ensure that the card number listed on the receipt corresponds to the card number printed on the Gift Card.
ท่านมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการขอรับใบเสร็จรับเงินจากการซื้อบัตรของขวัญ และตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าเลขบัตรที่ปรากฏในใบเสร็จรับเงินตรงกับเลขบัตรที่ปรากฏบนบัตรของขวัญ
Gift Cards are only valid if purchased from Stores. A Gift Card is neither valid nor acceptable, and we will not be held liable, if it is obtained from unauthorized sellers or resellers, including Internet auction sites.
บัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดจะใช้งานได้ก็ต่อเมื่อซื้อจากร้านค้าเท่านั้น บัตรของขวัญจะไม่สามารถใช้งานได้หรือยอมรับได้ อีกทั้งเราจะไม่รับผิดชอบ ในกรณีที่ได้รับบัตรของขวัญจากผู้จำหน่ายหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต รวมถึงเว็บไซต์ประมูลทางอินเทอร์เน็ต

Limitations:
•    lululemon’s policies may limit the maximum value of each Gift Card to THB 30,000, and lululemon uses commercially reasonable efforts to limit the aggregated amount of Gift Cards purchased by an individual per day in accordance with applicable laws.
•    You may not use third-party gift cards to purchase a Gift Card.
•    Your Gift Card balance cannot be used to purchase other lululemon Gift Cards.
•    Gift Cards may not be purchased using promotional offers or discounts. 
•    A Gift Card is not a credit, debit, or charge card. No implied warranties attach to purchased Gift Cards.
•    Gift Cards cannot be returned; resold; used for payment outside of Stores; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional or commercial purposes; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law); or used in a manner otherwise prohibited by lululemon. No portion of your Gift Card balance may be transferred to another person or lululemon account or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law.
•    lululemon is not liable for Gift Cards purchased or sold via websites that facilitate the aftermarket sales of pre-owned merchandise (e.g., Facebook, eBay, Shopee, Lazada), including other channels outside of Stores. Gift Cards obtained or purchased from non-lululemon sources may be invalid or have a lower redeemable balance or value than that the unauthorized vendor represented. Lululemon is not obligated to honour invalid Gift Cards or balances, or values that have been misrepresented or are incorrect.

•    นโยบายของลูลูเลมอนอาจจำกัดมูลค่าสูงสุดของบัตรของขวัญแต่ละใบอยู่ที่ 30,000 บาท และลูลูเลมอนจะใช้ความพยายามทางการค้าตามสมควรในการจำกัดมูลค่ารวมของบัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดที่บุคคลหนึ่งซื้อได้ต่อวัน ตามกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
•    ท่านไม่สามารถใช้บัตรของขวัญจากบุคคลภายนอกเพื่อซื้อบัตรของขวัญได้
•    ยอดเงินในบัตรของขวัญของท่านไม่สามารถใช้ซื้อบัตรของขวัญอื่น ๆ ทั้งหมดของลูลูเลมอนได้
•    ท่านไม่สามารถซื้อบัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดโดยใช้รายการส่งเสริมการขายหรือส่วนลด
•    บัตรของขวัญไม่ใช่บัตรเครดิต บัตรเดบิต หรือบัตรชาร์จ และจะไม่มีรับประกันโดยนัยใด ๆ ผูกติดกับบัตรของขวัญที่ซื้อไป
•    บัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดไม่สามารถนำมาคืน ขายซ้ำ ใช้เพื่อการชำระเงินภายนอกร้านค้า ใช้เพื่อการโฆษณา การทำการตลาด การชิงโชค หรือเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการส่งเสริมการขายหรือทางการค้าโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต แลกใช้เกินกว่ามูลค่าที่ระบุไว้ โอนมูลค่า แลกเป็นเงินสด นำมาคืนเพื่อขอจ่ายคืนเป็นเงินสด (เว้นแต่ที่กฎหมายกำหนด) หรือใช้ในลักษณะอื่นที่ลูลูเลมอนไม่อนุญาต ยอดเงินในบัตรของขวัญของท่านไม่ว่าส่วนใดก็ตามจะไม่สามารถโอนไปยังบุคคลอื่นหรือบัญชีอื่นของลูลูเลมอน หรือใช้กับบัญชีอื่นใด เว้นแต่กรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนด
•    ลูลูเลมอนจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อบัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดที่ซื้อหรือขายผ่านเว็บไซต์ที่สนับสนุนการขายในตลาดหลังการขายสำหรับสินค้าซึ่งเคยมีเจ้าของมาก่อน (เช่น เฟซบุ๊ก อีเบย์ ช็อปปี้ ลาซาด้า) รวมถึงช่องทางอื่น ๆ นอกเหนือจากร้านค้า บัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดที่ได้หรือซื้อมาจากแหล่งที่ไม่ใช่ลูลูเลมอนอาจใช้งานไม่ได้หรือมียอดเงินหรือมูลค่าที่แลกใช้ได้ต่ำกว่าที่ผู้จำหน่ายซึ่งไม่ได้รับอนุญาตได้แจ้งไว้ ลูลูเลมอนไม่มีภาระหน้าที่ในการยอมรับบัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดหรือยอดเงินที่ไม่สามารถใช้ได้ หรือมูลค่าที่มีการบิดเบือนหรือไม่ถูกต้อง

2. Redemption

Gift Cards purchased via lululemon are only valid and redeemable for purchases of lululemon's goods at Stores (not valid at lululemon retail stores in markets outside of Thailand). 
 

2. การแลกซื้อ

บัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดที่ซื้อผ่านลูลูเลมอนใช้แลกซื้อสินค้าลูลูเลมอนได้ที่ร้านค้าเท่านั้น (ใช้ไม่ได้กับร้านค้าปลีกของลูลูเลมอนในตลาดนอกประเทศไทย)
When you use the Gift Card to make a purchase, the amount available on the Gift Card is reduced by the purchase amount, and each subsequent purchase is deducted from the balance. The use of your Gift Card for purchases is a demand for and withdrawal of funds from the remaining value on your Gift Card. The balance will remain on the Gift Card until it is decreased to zero. You must have sufficient available funds on a Gift Card to make any purchase or pay any difference between the available funds and the purchase amount in cash or by credit card, or in a form acceptable to lululemon.
เมื่อท่านใช้บัตรของขวัญซื้อสินค้า ยอดเงินที่ใช้ได้ในบัตรของขวัญจะลดลงตามราคาของการซื้อดังกล่าว และการซื้อในครั้งถัด ๆ ไปก็จะหักลบจากยอดคงเหลือ การใช้บัตรของขวัญของท่านซื้อสินค้าคือการขอใช้และเบิกถอนเงินจากมูลค่าคงเหลือในบัตรของขวัญของท่าน ยอดเงินจะยังคงอยู่ในบัตรของขวัญจนกระทั่งลดลงเหลือศูนย์ ท่านต้องมีวงเงินคงเหลือในบัตรของขวัญที่เพียงพอเพื่อทำการซื้อสินค้า หรือชำระส่วนต่างระหว่างยอดเงินคงเหลือในบัตรกับราคาของการซื้อสินค้า โดยชำระเป็นเงินสดหรือชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต หรือในรูปแบบที่ลูลูเลมอนยอมรับ
You do not have the authority to halt a purchase initiated with your Gift Card and you are liable for any such transaction. lululemon reserves the right to refuse a Gift Card or limit the ability to use if lululemon has reason to believe that the Use is unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise illegal.
ท่านไม่มีอำนาจในการระงับการซื้อสินค้าที่มีการใช้บัตรของขวัญของท่านไปแล้ว และท่านจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบต่อธุรกรรมดังกล่าว ลูลูเลมอนขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่ยอมรับบัตรของขวัญหรือจำกัดความสามารถในการใช้งาน หากลูลูเลมอนมีเหตุให้เชื่อว่าการใช้งานดังกล่าวเป็นการใช้งานที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ฉ้อโกง หรือผิดกฎหมาย

Restrictions:
•    Only five (5) Gift Cards can be redeemed at a time.
•    Gift Cards purchased in Thailand are only redeemable for purchases at Stores.
•    Gift Cards cannot be used as payment for orders placed for commercial purposes. You are not permitted to Use Gift Cards to fulfill sales or fund purchases with the intent of reselling or exporting the goods or services.
ข้อจำกัดการใช้งาน
•    ท่านสามารถใช้บัตรของขวัญได้เพียงห้า (5) ใบต่อครั้ง
•    บัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดที่ซื้อในประเทศไทยจะใช้แลกซื้อสินค้าได้ที่ร้านค้าเท่านั้น
•    บัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดไม่สามารถใช้ชำระค่าสินค้าที่สั่งซื้อเพื่อจุดประสงค์ทางการค้า ท่านไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ใช้บัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดในการสร้างยอดขายหรือใช้ในการซื้อสินค้าโดยมีเจตนาเพื่อการขายซ้ำหรือการส่งออกสินค้าหรือบริการดังกล่าว

3. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards passes to the purchaser upon sale.
Gift Cards are like cash. You are responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card from unauthorized use. lululemon is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed or if your Gift Card is Used without your permission. lululemon will not replace or replenish Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, or used without authorization.  

3. ความเสี่ยงในการสูญเสีย

ความเสี่ยงในการสูญเสียและกรรมสิทธิ์บัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดจะส่งต่อไปยังผู้ซื้อในเวลาที่ทำการขาย
บัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดเปรียบเสมือนเงินสด ท่านมีความรับผิดชอบในการปกป้องบัตรของขวัญของท่านจากการใช้งานที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ลูลูเลมอนจะไม่รับผิดชอบหากบัตรของขวัญใดก็ตามสูญหาย ถูกขโมย หรือถูกทำลาย หรือหากมีการใช้บัตรของขวัญของท่านโดยที่ท่านไม่ได้อนุญาต ลูลูเลมอนจะไม่เปลี่ยนหรือเติมเงินบัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดที่สูญหาย ถูกขโมย หรือมีการใช้งานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
Beware of gift card scams. Do not share your Gift Card number and PIN if you are NOT purchasing an item from Stores. You can report potential scams to your local law enforcement. There are a variety of gift card scams that request payment by a gift card. lululemon is not responsible for and assumes no liability to you for any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any gift card.
โปรดระวังการฉ้อฉลบัตรของขวัญ ขอให้ท่านงดเปิดเผยหมายเลขบัตรของขวัญและรหัส PIN ของท่านหากท่านไม่ได้กำลังซื้อสินค้าที่ร้านค้า ท่านสามารถรายงานเหตุการณ์ซึ่งอาจเป็นการฉ้อฉลได้ที่หน่วยงานบังคับใช้กฎหมายในท้องถิ่นของท่าน มีการฉ้อฉลบัตรของขวัญหลากหลายรูปแบบที่ขอให้ท่านชำระเงินโดยใช้บัตรของขวัญ ลูลูเลมอนจะไม่รับผิดชอบและจะไม่รับภาระหนี้สินที่เกิดแก่ท่านจากการกระทำอันผิดกฎหมายหรือการฉ้อโกงของบุคคลภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบัตรของขวัญใด ๆ

4. Expiration of Gift Cards.

Gift Cards never expire or accrue any fees to maintain the Gift Card.

5. Returns

All returns for purchases made with a Gift Card will result in credit to a Gift Card or issuance of a new Gift Card in the amount of the return. If multiple payment methods were used for the purchase, the portion paid for with a Gift Card will be refunded to a Gift Card accordingly.

5. การคืนสินค้า

การคืนสินค้าทั้งหมดที่ซื้อด้วยบัตรของขวัญจะเป็นการคืนเงินเข้าบัตรของขวัญหรือเป็นการออกบัตรของขวัญใบใหม่ในจำนวนเงินเท่ากับราคาสินค้าที่นำมาคืน หากมีการใช้วิธีการชำระเงินมากกว่าหนึ่งวิธีในการซื้อสินค้าดังกล่าว จำนวนเงินส่วนที่ชำระด้วยบัตรของขวัญจะได้รับการคืนเข้าบัตรของขวัญตามนั้น

6. Fraud

By Using a Gift Card, you agree to comply with these Gift Card Terms and not Use a Gift Card in a way that is harmful to lululemon, its affiliates, or its guests. If you engage in a prohibited activity that violates these Gift Card Terms, our policies, or that, in our sole discretion, disrupts or harms our customers, reputation, goodwill, business, or operations, we may take additional action(s) against you and impose restrictions on Gift Cards, including Gift Card balances, services, and accounts, orders, and purchases.

6. การฉ้อโกง

ในการใช้บัตรของขวัญ ท่านตกลงที่จะปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดการใช้บัตรของขวัญนี้และจะไม่ใช้บัตรของขวัญในลักษณะที่สร้างความเสียหายต่อลูลูเลมอน บริษัทในเครือ หรือลูกค้าของลูลูเลมอน หากท่านมีส่วนร่วมในการกระทำต้องห้ามซึ่งเป็นการฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดการใช้บัตรของขวัญนี้หรือนโยบายของเรา หรือในการกระทำที่ถือเป็นการรบกวนหรือสร้างความเสียหายต่อลูกค้า ชื่อเสียง ความนิยม กิจการ หรือการดำเนินกิจการของเรา ตามการพิจารณาด้วยดุลยพินิจของเราแต่เพียงผู้เดียว เราอาจดำเนินการต่าง ๆ เพิ่มเติมกับท่านและกำหนดข้อจำกัดการใช้งานบัตรของขวัญทั้งหมด ซึ่งรวมถึงยอดเงิน บริการ บัญชี คำสั่งซื้อ และการซื้อสินค้าของบัตรของขวัญ

We reserve the right, without prior notice, at any time and in our sole discretion to (i) prohibit you from purchasing, claiming or redeeming, or reloading Gift Cards; (ii) void, limit, modify, deactivate, suspend, or refuse to accept Gift Cards (including as a component of your online balance) without a refund; (iii) cancel or limit orders and fulfillment (including orders relating to Gift Cards and balances used to make purchases); or (iv) close or suspend accounts and access to our services. This may occur under certain situations, including, but not limited to (a) if a Gift Card is used as payment in a manner that is fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of our Gift Card Terms and policies; (b) if the Gift Card balance loaded exceeds a legal or regulatory limit; (c) if we experience an issue with the on-file payment (e.g., insufficient funds) and/or need to verify information for payment to clear; and/or (d) if an update or change in law imposes new legal requirements.

เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการ (ก)  ห้ามมิให้ท่านซื้อ ใช้หรือแลกใช้ หรือเติมเงินบัตรของขวัญทั้งหมด (ข) ยกเลิก จำกัด ปรับเปลี่ยน ปิดใช้งาน ระงับ หรือปฏิเสธการรับบัตรของขวัญทั้งหมด (รวมถึงในรูปแบบที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของยอดเงินออนไลน์ของท่าน) โดยไม่คืนเงิน (ค) ยกเลิกหรือจำกัดคำสั่งซื้อและการทำให้คำสั่งซื้อสมบูรณ์ (รวมถึงคำสั่งซื้อที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดและยอดเงินที่ใช้ในการซื้อสินค้า) หรือ (ง) ปิดหรือระงับบัญชีและการเข้าถึงบริการของเรา เมื่อใดก็ได้โดยเป็นดุลยพินิจของเราแต่เพียงผู้เดียวและไม่ต้องมีการแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า มาตรการเหล่านี้อาจเกิดขึ้นในบางสถานการณ์ ซึ่งรวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง (ก) กรณีที่มีการใช้บัตรของขวัญชำระเงินในลักษณะที่เป็นการฉ้อโกง ผิดกฎหมาย หรือฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดการใช้บัตรของขวัญนี้หรือนโยบายของเรา (ข) กรณีที่ยอดเงินที่เติมเข้ามาในบัตรของขวัญเกินวงเงินที่กฎหมายหรือข้อบังคับกำหนด (ค) กรณีที่เราพบปัญหาในการชำระเงินด้วยบัตรที่บันทึกไว้ (เช่น วงเงินไม่เพียงพอ) และ/หรือมีความจำเป็นที่ต้องยืนยันข้อมูลเพื่อให้การชำระเงินสำเร็จ และ/หรือ (ง) กรณีที่การปรับปรุงหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงกฎหมายกำหนดให้มีข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายใหม่

7. Compliance with Laws

Your Use of a Gift Card certifies and represents to lululemon that the activities in which the Gift Card will be used will comply with the Gift Card Terms, all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of Thailand and that the Gift Card will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to others. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify lululemon and its subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, expenses, or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your Use of a Gift Card or violation of these Gift Card Terms. You agree to release lululemon from and against all claims and expenses you may have and liabilities you may incur in connection with your Use of the Gift Card or violation of any of these Gift Card Terms.

7. การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย

การใช้บัตรของขวัญของท่านเป็นการยืนยันและให้คำรับรองแก่ลูลูเลมอนว่าการดำเนินการต่าง ๆ ที่จะมีการใช้บัตรของขวัญจะเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดการใช้บัตรของขวัญ และกฎหมาย กฎ และข้อบังคับที่ใช้บังคับทั้งหมดของประเทศไทย และรับรองว่าจะไม่มีการใช้บัตรของขวัญในลักษณะที่ทำให้เข้าใจผิด หลอกลวง ไม่ยุติธรรม หรือสร้างความเสียหายแก่ผู้อื่น นอกจากนี้ ท่านตกลงที่จะปกป้องและชดใช้ค่าเสียหายให้กับลูลูเลมอนและบริษัทย่อยรวมถึงบริษัทในเครือสำหรับการเรียกร้อง ค่าใช้จ่าย หรือหนี้สินที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้บัตรของขวัญของท่านหรือการฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดการใช้บัตรของขวัญนี้ ซึ่งมีการเรียกร้องต่อหรือเกิดจากบริษัทใดก็ตามในบรรดาที่กล่าวถึง ท่านตกลงที่จะปลดเปลื้องลูลูเลมอนจากการเรียกร้องและค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดที่ท่านอาจมี รวมถึงหนี้สินที่อาจเกิดขึ้นแก่ท่านจากการใช้บัตรของขวัญของท่านหรือจากการฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดใดก็ตามในข้อกำหนดการใช้บัตรของขวัญนี้

8. Not for Promotional Use

Gift Cards may be used as personal or business gifts, but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities (including without limitation via websites, internet advertisements, email, telemarketing, direct mail, newspaper and magazine advertisements, and radio and television broadcasts.)

บัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดอาจนำไปใช้เป็นของขวัญส่วนตัวหรือของขวัญทางธุรกิจได้ แต่ไม่อาจนำไปใช้เพื่อกิจกรรมทางการตลาด การโฆษณา หรือการส่งเสริมการขายอื่น ๆ ได้ (รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง กิจกรรมผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ โฆษณาอินเทอร์เน็ต อีเมล การทำการตลาดทางโทรศัพท์ ประชาสัมพันธ์ทางตรง โฆษณาในหนังสือพิมพ์และนิตยสาร และการถ่ายทอดทางวิทยุและโทรทัศน์)

9. No Affiliation with lululemon

Use of lululemon's name, logo, trade dress (including any image/likeness of the cards) or trademarks (or those of any of its subsidiaries or affiliates) in connection with the Use of Gift Cards is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the Use of Gift Cards in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with lululemon or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates is prohibited.

9. การไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับลูลูเลมอน

ห้ามมิให้ใช้ชื่อ เครื่องหมาย รูปลักษณ์ทางการค้า (รวมถึงรูปภาพหรือภาพเหมือนของบัตรใด ๆ) หรือเครื่องหมายการค้าของลูลูเลมอน (หรือสิ่งเหล่านี้ของบริษัทย่อยหรือบริษัทในเครือใด ๆ) ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้บัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดโดยเด็ดขาด นอกจากนี้ ห้ามมิให้ใช้บัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดในลักษณะใดก็ตามที่บ่งบอกหรือสื่อความว่ามีบุคคล เว็บไซต์ กิจการ สินค้าหรือบริการใดได้รับการส่งเสริมหรือสนับสนุน หรือมีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับลูลูเลมอนหรือบริษัทย่อยรวมถึงบริษัทในเครือใดก็ตาม 

It is strictly prohibited to use lululemon's name, logo, trade dress (including any image/likeness of the cards), or intellectual properties, including without limitation, trademark and copyright, in connection with Gift Cards in any way that states or implies that any person, website, business, product, or service is endorsed or sponsored by or otherwise affiliated with lululemon or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
ห้ามมิให้ใช้ชื่อ เครื่องหมาย รูปลักษณ์ทางการค้า (รวมถึงรูปภาพหรือภาพเหมือนของบัตรใด ๆ) หรือทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ซึ่งรวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงเครื่องหมายการค้าและลิขสิทธิ์ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดในลักษณะใดก็ตามที่บ่งบอกหรือสื่อความว่ามีบุคคล เว็บไซต์ กิจการ สินค้าหรือบริการใด ได้รับการส่งเสริมหรือสนับสนุน หรือมีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับลูลูเลมอนหรือบริษัทย่อยรวมถึงบริษัทในเครือใดก็ตาม

10. Limitation of Liability

LULULEMON MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. CERTAIN LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

ลูลูเลมอนไม่ให้คำรับรองในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบัตรของขวัญ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรหรือโดยนัย ซึ่งรวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง คำรับรองที่เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรหรือโดยนัยของความสามารถในการใช้ค้าขายได้หรือความเหมาะสมตามวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะ ในกรณีที่รหัสบัตรของขวัญไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ วิธีแก้ไขเดียวสำหรับท่าน และความรับผิดเดียวของเรา จะเป็นการทดแทนบัตรของขวัญดังกล่าว กฎหมายบางฉบับไม่อนุญาตให้มีข้อจำกัดในการให้คำรับรองโดยนัยหรือการยกเว้นหรือการจำกัดความเสียหายบางประการ หากกฎหมายดังกล่าวใช้บังคับกับท่าน ข้อความปฏิเสธความรับผิดชอบ ข้อยกเว้น หรือข้อจำกัดบางประการหรือทั้งหมดข้างต้นอาจไม่มีผลต่อท่าน

11. Disputes

The courts of Thailand shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to hear any matter arising in connection with Gift Cards and the Use thereof.

ศาลแห่งประเทศไทยจะมีเขตอำนาจแต่เพียงผู้เดียวในการพิจารณาประเด็นใดก็ตามที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบัตรของขวัญทั้งหมดและการใช้บัตรของขวัญดังกล่าว

12. General Terms

When you purchase, receive or redeem a Gift Card, you agree that the laws of Thailand, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Gift Card Terms. We may use commercially reasonable efforts to notify all customers of any material changes to these Gift Card Terms. Your gear should never get in the way and that’s why we offer complimentary hemming on tops and pants at all of our stores— no tags or receipt required.

How does it work?
1. You try on the pants or top.
2. An educator will pin the hem exactly where you want it.
3. Our tailors will hem it.
4. And, your gear should be ready for pick-up within three days for stores, and up to seven days for showrooms. Actual turnaround times might be less so please reach out to your store or showroom.

ขั้นตอนการใช้บริการ
1. คุณลองกางเกงหรือเสื้อ
2. Educator จะกลัดชายเสื้อผ้าในตำแหน่งที่คุณต้องการ
3. ช่างของเราจะแก้ความยาวให้
4. และเสื้อผ้าของคุณก็ควรพร้อมให้มารับกลับภายใน 3 วันสำหรับร้านค้า และไม่เกิน 7 วันสำหรับโชว์รูม ระยะเวลาดำเนินการจริงอาจน้อยกว่านั้น เพราะฉะนั้นโปรดติดต่อร้านค้าหรือโชว์รูมของคุณ

Here are a few extra tips:
• For pants, bring in the shoes you plan to wear so we can get the hem length just right.
• We may not be able to hem tops with special features like cuffs and thumbholes, or pants with zippers, buttons and draw strings. 
• Bring your hemming receipt when you pick up your goods.
