Ordering

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of the order being placed. This can be done through your account profile or by following this link.

If your order was placed over 1 hour ago or has been dispatched and is in transit, we are unable to process the cancellation.


You will always have the option to return the order for a full refund once received (excluding sale items). 

Place an order for delivery to Malaysia on www.lululemon.com.hk by selecting your products and completing our checkout process. You can check out as a guest, or you can create an account with us and save your address, payment methods and wish lists.

Yes. To ensure more equitable access to our products for our Guests, we have a Quantity Limit policy which is no more than 3 items in the same product style* (regardless of color and size) AND no more than 15 items in total in a single transaction per day for each Guest. 


* “Product Style” is equivalent to the naming of our lululemon products. E.g. Align™ High-Rise Pant 23" is a different product style to Align™ High-Rise Pant 25". ABC Classic-Fit 5 Pocket Pant 30" L Warpstreme is different product style to ABC Classic-Fit 5 Pocket Pant 32"L Warpstreme.


Subject to our Terms of Sale, we may not accept your order if your order exceed the Quantity Limit we set in place at the time of your order or we reasonably believe the order you made is for the purchase of commercial resale. 

Payment

Acceptable payment methods are as follows: 


Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover, Maestro. Electron and JCB and the lululemon Gift Card.


Please note, split payments between credit cards are not acceptable.

A pre-authorisation is placed onto your credit card when your order is placed, however we don’t process the payment until the order is ready to ship. Once your order is placed you will be sent an order confirmation email with your order number and details. We will then process and package your order. Once your order is sent for delivery, you will be charged and sent a delivery confirmation email. The pre-authorisation will drop in 7-10 business days.

It is possible you may be charged an international transaction fee by your bank if you're shopping outside of Hong Kong SAR - this charge comes directly from your bank except the below markets:
