All orders received from 1st to 31st December 2024 will have an extended return period to 31st January 2025.

The merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and/or unused with the hangtag and/or label attached.

All orders received from 1st to 31st December 2024 will have an extended return period to 31st January 2025, provided that your lululemon product:

(a) is purchased via ESW, AND

(b) is in its original conditions (unwashed, unworn, unused, and undamaged) with all original hangtag, labels, and hygienic liner intact (if applicable).


Unless there is a product quality issue, all water bottles, underwear, headwear, footwear, socks, face masks, markdown items and "We Made Too Much" products are final sale, which are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Our Store Return Policy covers all lululemon products purchased from lululemon stores in Thailand. If your lululemon product is purchased from lululemon stores outside of Thailand, please refer to the local return policy.
