Hemming
Your gear should never get in the way and that’s why we offer complimentary hemming on tops and pants at all of our stores— no tags or receipt required.
- You try on the pants or top.
- An educator will pin the hem exactly where you want it.
- Our tailors will hem it.
- Your gear should be ready for pick up around 1 week. Actual turnaround time might be longer or less depending on the markets, so please reach out to your store for more information.
- For pants, bring in the shoes you plan to wear so we can get the hem length just right.
- We may not be able to hem tops with special features like cuffs and thumbholes, or pants with zippers, buttons and draw strings.
- Bring your hemming receipt when you pick up your goods.

Repairs

The lululemon repair program offers our guest high quality, complimentary repairs of their favorite products, while supporting our Be Planet commitments.

- Take the item you’d like repaired into any of our stores – note: if you are unsure as to whether your item qualifies for repair, please contact our GEC about repair eligibility criteria
- Fill out a digital repair form so we can understand a little more about the repair your product requires, and we have a method of contact for when it arrives back in store from our vendor.
- We will send your item off to be repaired.
- You will receive an email notifying you when your repair is ready to be collected in store !
Dou Tailor and Alterations, our trusted local partners located in Central and Causeway Bay, are the ones who expertly carry out the repair service. Choosing to collaborate with small businesses like Dou Tailor not only ensures quality repairs but also allows us to uplift our local community. By extending the life cycle of our guests' cherished lululemon garments, together we make a positive environmental impact and actively contribute to fulfilling our Be Planet commitments.
We can process the following repairs; bra clasp/hook broken, stitch unraveling/seam undone, missing button, drawcord, broken zippers, pull/snag and limited holes. T&C applies. Please note that we may not be able to complete all repairs if they are not feasible or if they could compromise the intended function of the product.

We cannot process repairs for pilling and big holes. These sorts of repairs are either not possible and/or may impact the intended function of the product. We also cannot process repairs for footwear, underwear or swimwear.
The repair process has an anticipated timeline of 10 days from when the garment is dropped off in store. Unfortunately, in certain circumstances, delays may occur outside of our control, in which case you will receive communication from store as to the new anticipated timeline.
Despite our vendors best efforts, exact color/hardware matching is not always possible.
We will carry out a second complimentary repair, if you would like us to.
In order to carry out your repair and keep you updated on its progress; we may have to take some personal details from you. These details will be no more than what is required to provide you with the service—and your data will always be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- lululemon and its agent do not warrant the success of the repair and the final result may vary.
- lululemon and its agent do not hold any liability for any claims arising from any repair work performed on the repaired item(s).
- lululemon will keep the repaired item(s) for a maximum period of six months from the issuance of the Pick-up Notice. Any repaired item(s) left uncollected beyond this period shall be considered abandoned by you and lululemon shall have the absolute discretion to deal with or dispose of the same without making any compensation to you.

Resale and Brand Protection
We completely recognize that once someone purchases our product they can do what they want with it. We do not, however, support those who acquire our product to resell at an elevated price point.
At lululemon we are committed to providing our guests with the highest quality product and we are aware that imitations of our products are produced and sold. To protect our guests and our brand, we're committed to addressing counterfeits.
Our Brand Protection team takes the issue of counterfeiting very seriously—we have an intensive global Anti-Counterfeiting Enforcement Program in place to fight this ongoing problem. We are keen to demonstrate that we will not tolerate counterfeiting and we will actively take legal action against infringers. We are also working to remove unauthorized websites and auction site listings.
Genuine lululemon products can only be purchased through our stores, registered e-commerce sites, and approved retailers. Anywhere else, and you’re not getting the real deal.

Educate yourself. Protect yourself. Take action. Many counterfeit websites say they are authorized lululemon.com websites by including the word "lululemon" or a variation of the word, such as "lulu" or "lulus" in the domain name.
These websites also copy the design or layout of the authorized lululemon.com website.
Look for links on these particular sites that appear questionable. For example: links to other brands' websites, auction sites, blogs, etc. Look for contact information and email addresses that don't appear to be legitimate like “[email protected]”.
If you suspect a location or website is offering counterfeit lululemon branded products, contact our Guest Education Centre. We take these matters seriously and investigate any lead that is reported by our guests.
