For standard delivery, your order will be shipped via Singpost:
• Letterbox Delivery: If your order dimensions do not exceed 32.4 x 22.0 x 6.5 cm, it will be delivered directly to your letterbox.
• Doorstep Delivery: For items larger than 32.4 x 22.0 x 6.5 cm and up to 30 kg with a maximum length of 150 cm, delivery will be made to your doorstep.
• Delivery Attempts: For doorstep deliveries, two attempts will be made to deliver your item. If unsuccessful, it will be available for collection at a local post office.
For express delivery, your order will be shipped via DHL Express:
• Once the order is shipped, you will get notified via your email or SMS. You will also be able to choose your preferred delivery option such as Leave in Safe Place, Collect from Service Point or Locker, Leave with Neighbour, Concierge or Guard.
