Love the marvels of nature? We do too. In awe of nature’s incredible patterns and in appreciation of natural human movement, we’ve merged beauty with function to create our new Fall 2020 Bold Movement capsule. The results look and feel bold—but, in a minimal and subtle way.

Nature Calling

Designed in Asia for Asia by our APAC Product Creation team, the Bold Movement capsule is perfect for the studio and the street. Nature’s true colors and creative patterns inspired a new chameleon print—an iridescent-dot technique co-created with our vendors in Sri Lanka. And, while you’re admiring the print’s gradient beauty (we can’t stop staring at it too)… You’ll also notice how the design of the ventilation perforations channelled natural, organic lines.

The capsule’s palette is confident and calm. Earthy neutrals of teal and jade sit alongside a strong, grounding black. With minimal mix-and-match effort, you’ll be dressed and on-the-move in no time. “I think the Bold Movement Define Jacket is the most eye-catching piece,” says Janet Lin, Senior Designer at lululemon Asia Pacific Region, who led the capsule creation. “Its chameleon print pairs perfectly and subtly with the 24” Bold Movement Legging. I’d wear both, together, in black.”
 

Design Details

We’ve refreshed our all-time favorite releases with new fashion details for you to adore. You’ll spot the very carefully-placed body-curved patterns of iridescent dots and engineered perforations. And, look even closer to catch subtle “love notes” from us to you. In tone-on-tone hues, try to find liners like “better every day”—intended to mentally stimulate and motivate you.

Bold Moves

Two new silhouettes in super-soft IP Lux™ fabric are also great for yoga. Stretch out in comfort and coverage in the high-neck, strappy Bold Movement Power Y Tank and the 30” Bold Movement Stirrup Tight, with a silicone logo placed at the extended foot hem, for extra grippy effect. “We noticed that pulling your legging down over your heel is very popular here in Asia,” Janet says. “So, we added it to our capsule. We think you’ll love it.”
