Where can I drop off my pre-loved items?
You can bring them to Pacific Place, Cityplaza,
Harbour City, and Elements from April 15
to August 31, 2025.

As a thank you for supporting the second-hand movement, we’ll invite you to an exclusive VIP session at our Like New pop-up later this year, where you can discover rare lululemon finds. Just us drop your email, and we’ll keep you posted on the time and place!

What is lululemon Like New?
lululemon Like New is our resale program that gives another life to your gently worn lululemon products. Like New is part of lululemon’s commitment to support a circular ecosystem and contributes to our goal of having an end-of-use solution for 100% of our products by 2030.
The first APAC Like New initiative will launch as a pop-up in Hong Kong in the third quarter of 2025. 100% of the pop-up's net profit or 2% of its revenue, whichever is greater will be donated to Redress to support their mission to accelerating circularity in the fashion industry.

What is Redress?
Redress is a Hong Kong-based, Asia-focused environmental NGO on a mission to accelerate the transition to a circular fashion industry by educating and empowering designers and consumers in order to reduce clothing’s negative environmental impacts.
What is sold through lululemon Like New?
Items available for purchase include both women’s and men's tops, hoodies, coats, jackets, outerwear, shorts, skirts, dresses, crops, bottoms, and bags.
All items are cleaned and inspected for quality to meet our resale standards.
How do the condition ratings work?
Like New items are fully inspected for quality to ensure it is functionally perfect. Any items that don't perform to our standards or have excess signs of wear won't pass our quality test or be sold at our pop-up. If an item has minor signs of wear, we'll let you know.
We sort clothes into two categories: good as new and gently used. Items are priced according to their rating.
How are products cleaned?
Our partner, Redress, professionally cleans and launders Like New products, ensuring the perfect fit and vibrant color your favorite gear was designed with.
How can I care for my lululemon Like New item?
We want you to have the freedom to treat your clothes with the same tough love you give your workouts. Washing your product in cold water and laying flat to dry will help extend the life of your gear/clothes, plus it can help save energy.
To get the longest life out of your garment, we also recommend washing your gear inside out, avoiding washing with hoodies and towels, and avoid using fabric softener.
Can I return purchases from Like New items?
We’re not accepting returns or exchanges for Like New items at this time, as part of our commitment to reducing waste and extending the life of gear. We encourage thoughtful purchases and we are here to help you find the right fit and product, supporting conscious choices together.
Collection
Can I trade-in any lululemon item?
As long as your item meets our cleanliness requirements you can drop off lululemon garments regardless of whether the original care tag, size tag, or price tag are present. We also welcome drop offs of any other branded clothes.

Where do the clothes go? Especially the ones not from lululemon?
We are committed to extending the lifecycle of products while minimizing waste. Through our partnership with Redress, we inspect, sort, clean, and resell eligible lululemon items via our Like New popup shop. For items with minor defects, we work with a local repair vendor to restore them to wearable condition. Those that do not meet our resale standards but still maintain performance integrity are donated to our partner Crossroads. Products from other brands are entrusted to Redress, which prioritizes reuse and ensures minimal landfill waste. They sort and redistribute items for resale, donation to charity partners, and downcycling. Thanks to this system, according to Redress, fewer than 5% of all collected items end up in landfills—only when reuse or downcycling is not an option. This initiative strengthens our commitment to sustainability, giving garments a second life while reducing environmental impact.
Do I get anything in return for drop off?
For each drop-off with pre-loved lululemon gear, you’ll receive a HK$100 appreciation voucher, redeemable at most retail stores across Hong Kong.*
The voucher will not be applicable for online purchases.
*Excludes Hong Kong International Airport Store and Citygate Outlets Store locations.
Where can I drop off my clothes?
You can drop it off in at any of these stores: Pacific Place, Cityplaza, Elements and Harbour City.
What should I do if I accidentally drop off the wrong item?
Regrettably, we are unable to assist with returning these items, including those left in pockets.
Is there an expiration date on the vouchers?
The vouchers will be valid for one month from the date of issue.
What are the terms and conditions for the vouchers?
- This appreciation voucher can only be redeemed by guests who have a guest profile with lululemon.
- This voucher can only be redeemed with a minimum purchase of HK$1,000 full price items, not applicable to markdown items, lululemon Gift Cards or in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or discounts.
- Only one voucher can be used with each transaction.
- This voucher can only be redeemed at lululemon stores in Hong Kong, excluding Citygate Outlets Store and Hong Kong International Airport Store, and cannot be used for online purchases.
- This voucher will be valid for one month from the date of issue.
- This voucher is valid for one transaction only and will not be applied to subsequent transactions in case of returns or exchanges of purchases made with this gift voucher.
- If multiple items are purchased with this voucher, the value of this voucher will be applied proportionately to all items. For all returns and exchanges made with this voucher, the value of this voucher will not be refunded but only the portion paid by guests will be refunded accordingly.
- This voucher cannot be replaced or redeemed for cash. The total value of this voucher will be deducted in full when used and any unused balance will be forfeited.
- This voucher must be presented and used before payment; it will not be accepted afterwards.
- lululemon is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or misused vouchers.
- lululemon reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this voucher, whose decision shall be final. The English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
